Enter brief details about the property including your desired valuation and anything else you wish to add. We do not ask for any payment details, and your information is strictly confidential.
This is then forwarded to one of our trained negotiators who will check the details of the listing and contact you to discuss every aspect of your sale. If required we will arrange for floorplanners and photographers to visit your property. It is then sent live on BrightSale.co.uk and across our partner network sites, including Rightmove, Primelocation.com, Propertyfinder.com, The fish4 network, Findaproperty.com and many others.
A dedicated negotiator will be assigned to handle your sale. He or she will work with all potential buyers and yourself to arrange convenient times for viewings and also offer advice in the negotiation and subsequent completion.
When an offer is placed, we will notify you by email and phone. As soon as your property is sold we will instruct both solicitors to complete the sale. Then we join you in celebration and look forward to seeing you again as a returning customer.
