What exactly is the process to sell my house?
Once you have registered on our site as a user, you can immediately add a property for sale using our simple one page form. Enter brief details about the property including your desired valuation and anything else you wish to add. We do not ask for any payment details, and your information is strictly confidential.
This is then forwarded to one of our trained negotiators who will check the details of the listing and contact you to discuss every aspect of your sale. If required we will arrange for floorplanners and photographers to visit your property. It is then sent live on BrightSale.co.uk and across our partner network sites, including, Primelocation.com, Propertyfinder.com, The fish4 network, Findaproperty.com and many others.
A dedicated negotiator will be assigned to handle your sale. He or she will work with all potential buyers and yourself to arrange convenient times for viewings and also offer advice in the negotiation and subsequent completion.
When an offer is placed, we will notify you by email and phone. As soon as your property is sold we will instruct both solicitors to complete the sale. Then we join you in celebration and look forward to seeing you again as a returning customer.

How do I decide the price I want to sell at?

When you instruct us as your agent, we will provide you with a free valuation report showing comparable properties in your area.

Can I advertise with you as well as my current estate agents?
Yes of course, its your house and you can decide who markets it. You only need to pay BrightSale a fee if we are successful in selling your home. Some agent's contracts state that they are entitled to a fee even if they are not the successful selling agent, so we recommend you check your current contract to ensure you are not liable to a double fee. How are your fees paid?
