• You upload your listings onto BrightSale as you would a portal, but you include vendor contact details, so the BrightSale team can handle all the enquiries generated through BrightSales’ marketing.
• BrightSale will handle the entire sales process for any sale it generates.
• You as the listing agent will retain the difference between the fee you agreed with your vendor and BrightSale’s 0.5% (+VAT) fee. If you agree the sale, BrightSale gets nothing.
• You can monitor the progress of all your listings through your own Agents’ Control Panel.
• Our server and database are completely secure.

BrightSale is a Partner not a Competitor:

• BrightSale is here to help you sell more properties, full stop.
• BrightSale does not to advertise on RightMove, because our focus is on areas in which traditional agents are not as strong (i.e. organic Google searches). Your presence on RightMove will remain exclusive, thus protecting your full fee if the buyer comes through RightMove.
• No BrightSale branding will appear on any of your literature or For Sale boards.
• BrightSale will never accept a direct listing from one of your clients.
